Operation Hour The Spa at The Ulin Villas operates everyday from 10:00 to 22:00 except on Nyepi Day(Bali's silence day). If you prefer to have your Spa appointment earlier than 10:00(in the morning), please feel free to contact us. Arrival Time For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we advise that you arrive 15 minutes before your treatment commences. This will allow you to relax in our Spa Reception. Attire Guests are welcome to arrive in regular and comfortable attire. We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belonging. Jewelry and valuables Please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room, if you are staying in our villa. Otherwise we offer a locker in the Spa therapy room for your personal valuables. Special health consideration Please notify our Spa reception, our representatives, booking agents or our assignees before booking your treatments if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailments or disabilities. If at any time during your treatment you experience discomfort,please alert your therapist immediately. Pregnancy There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy. We offer many beneficial treatments can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa reception, our representatives, booking agents or assignees for guidance. |

Appointment The spa services at The Ulin are very popular to our guests. We recommend that reservation be made in advance. Free pick up (transfer services) Free round-trip transfer service is available within Seminyak, Kuta, Legian and Kerobokan. 2 (two) persons minimum booking is requested for free transfer within Sanur, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. Please notify us the hotel name and preferred time of pick up. Cancellation policy The treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our trained therapists. Any cancellation notice less than 6 hours from the original appointment will be charged at 50% cancellation fee. Please advise us a credit card number to secure your reservation. Payment for the Spa services We accept cash (Indonesia Rupiah, American Dollar and Japanese Yen) and major credit cards (VISA, MASTER, AMEX and JCB). Hotel guests may charge spa services to their room account. Being late for the Spa appointment Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Regardless of when your treatment starts, your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. |

Our Spa reception will be pleased to assist in choosing a treatment. There are a few services that should be avoided during menstrual cycle. Your comfort This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Respect to other guests The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxing, please respect our guest right to privacy and quite environment. We request that cell phones or other mobile devices be turned off in the Spa. Children Guest must be at least 12 years of age to experience a Spa treatment. Because of the nature of the Spa, children should not be present in order to create an assured quiet environment. |
